Changing the name in the 'From' field in emails sent from Koha
- Open up Koha Librarian interface
- Click Administration
- Click Global System Preferences
- Search for 'KohaAdmin'
- Change 'KohaAdminEmailAddress' to Whatever you want in front <yourAdminEmail@address.com> instead of just yourAdminEmail@address.com
- Save your changes
This will change the 'From' name field to whatever you want.
So what you will end up with Koha Auto-Dispatch Service <yourAdminEmail@address.com> in KohaAdminEmailAddress is an email with
Koha Auto-Dispatch Service in the From: field, along with the email address, which should give users more information about the purpose of the email.
