Display URI from 856u as an Image

Description: Enhancement. Add an option to the XSLT OPAC results and details pages to display a clickable image from the URI stored in the 856u field instead of the standard link text. A system preference will determine whether this applies to the results page, the details page, both or neither. Some work has been done on this already. Expect to send the patch for QA on or before 15 February 2011.
