Elasticsearch installation

We should be working towards ES on by default - meaning all the necessary dependencies are packaged with Koha.

Things mostly work out of the box with Kohadevbox and is the recommended starting point:https://github.com/digibib/kohadevbox

For any installation beyond that I have simply cribbed from the ansible instructions to determine versions/dependencies.
