Vote on final wording of the Koha Code of Conduct
- The issue of a code of conduct should be deferred to the have previously absent fuller discussion on the mailing list. Discussion in the previous first and second meeting logs shows both a need to have a fuller discussion on the mailing list and the need to adopt a code of conduct prior to KohaCon14 which gives us some additional time to have that discussion. The previous absence of such a discussion may be that some of us recognise that time is required to research and more carefully consider the issues. The early progenitor of many ant-harassment codes including the Koha draft has some essential elements which the Koha draft is missing. See the Ada Initiative policies for their model conference anti-harassment policy at the Geek Feminism Wiki from which the Koha draft has ultimately derived. Any such code if ever invoked to address a particular situation may have significant legal implications and thus needs legal review.
